Did you know:-
🎯 Why was quad initiated?
🎯 Why and When was Q.U.A.D formed?
🎯 What are the interests of the Quad members?
🎯 What are the Aims of Quad?

1. What is Q.U.A.D initiated?
The Quadrilateral Union Security Dialogue popularly called Q.U.A.D is a Union of India, Japan, the United States of America, and Australia though it is a loose group(a member country may leave the union due to some diplomatic reasons) rather than a formal alliance but, its goal is still quite broad. It works to stabilize peace in the Indo-Pacific Region from both military and Political dominance in the Indo-Pacific by any country.
2. Why and When was Q.U.A.D formed?
Shinzo Abe, the Japanese Prime Minister, started it in 2007 with the help of Australia's Prime Minister John Howard. It had been in Japan's favor too because it was in response to China's military exercises in the Malabar the in Indo-Pacific which had affected Japan, India, Australia, and the United States since it was the route connecting countries rich in raw material to the developed and developing countries needing it and also has half of the world trade in it. Australia's joint naval exercise gradually increased their already high tensions with China under US Prime Minister Julia Gilliard in 2010. While India, Japan, and the United States continued to hold joint Naval sessions Under Malabar. finally, these Geopolitical stances caused Q.U.A.D to form led by Shinzo Abe, with
Indian Prime Minister - Narendra Modi
U.S.A Prime Minister- Donald Triumph
Australian Prime Minister -Malcolm Turnbull
and to the formation of Q.U.A.D China responded by saying it was "Asian NATO" and this Allegation was denied by India's Foreign Minister S.Jaisankar with the claim India never had a NATO mentality and to check other countries' views held Q.U.A.D+ meetings from March 2020 to May2022 in Vietnam, Brazil etc...

Many Countries also say China and Q.U.A.D Member's Tensions as a new "Cold War".
3. What are the Interests of the Q.U.A.D members?

United States:-
To remove its Loan Dependence on China(1,113Billion USD, 17.3%),secure its trade's commercial route center (Indo-Pacific region), trade worth $1.9 Trillion passed through the Indo-Pacific, strengthen the bonds with its allies(Q.U.A.D members).

Japan:-
Investment in trade, manufacturing, infrastructure, etc..., Military support in the China-Japan conflict, Humanitarian projects like Vaccines for the Pandemic like COVID-19, and diplomatic concerns.

India:-
Strengthen bonds diplomatically with its allies counter China's policies and solve humanitarian concerns.

Australia:-
Strengthen Bonds with its Allies, military cooperation, and better trade relations with its neighbors in crisis due to peace and economic support.

 4. What are the Aims of the Q.U.A.D?

Quadrilateral union security dialogue does not only focus on countering China's economy and existence but also humanitarian projects like stabilizing economies, vaccines for pandemics, etc... They don't only balance diplomatic policies in the Indo-Pacific but also try to stabilize a country in debt or falling economy. They also had a central role in many humanitarian activities, and we should not forget that it was active in recent years active a humanitarian group until 2010 when they felt Chinas interference in their projects. Also, their primary objective is to stabilize the global economy.
